Pax8 is expanding its support for managed service providers (MSPs) with two major updates: the launch of its Data and AI Guided Growth enablement program and new enhancements to its cloud commerce Marketplace. These initiatives aim to help MSPs navigate AI adoption challenges, streamline operations, and unlock new revenue opportunities within the small-to-midsized business (SMB) sector.
Enabling MSPs with AI-Focused Curriculum
The newly launched
Data and AI Guided Growth track is the latest addition to Pax8’s Guided Growth enablement framework. It offers a structured learning path to help MSPs integrate AI and data capabilities into their services. Beginning with a self-assessment to gauge AI readiness, the program guides participants through five distinct phases: understanding best practices, customizing solutions, building stakeholder buy-in, implementation, and performance evaluation.
Designed to address real-world business needs, the curriculum focuses on helping MSPs lead transformation discussions, design AI go-to-market strategies, and drive data-led service improvements for their clients.
New Tools in the Marketplace: Integrations Hub and Public Storefronts
Alongside the curriculum, Pax8 has rolled out significant upgrades to its Marketplace platform.
The new Integrations Hub offers a centralized location for MSPs to discover, manage, and deploy integrations across the Pax8 ecosystem. With support for OAuth-based authentication, event subscriptions, and webhook-enabled automation, the Hub simplifies backend processes and increases operational efficiency.
It also features Model Context Protocol (MCP) Servers, an emerging standard that connects AI agents with traditional software tools. This enables partners to build smarter, more responsive automation workflows that integrate seamlessly with AI systems.
Also launched is Public Storefronts, a feature that allows MSPs to market their services through customizable storefronts. These storefronts can be embedded directly on partner websites or accessed within the Pax8 ecosystem, offering built-in lead generation and simplified activation in just five steps.
Together, these new offerings strengthen Pax8’s broader vision: to help MSPs evolve from infrastructure managers to enablers of intelligent business operations. The combination of targeted AI education and operational toolsets positions MSPs to better serve SMB clients that are increasingly seeking guidance on data strategy, automation, and digital scalability.
