Pax8 Charts a Real Path for MSPs to Grow with AI and Microsoft Cloud

Futuristic abstract technology background featuring a time machine and rotating clock hands design

Pax8 is taking a big, deliberate step to help MSPs turn AI and Microsoft cloud into real, revenue-producing services. The launch of Pax8 Labs, paired with deeper integration with Microsoft’s unified Marketplace and the new OneCloud Guided Growth program, shows a clear strategy: give partners the tools, infrastructure, and guidance they need to build modern service lines that SMBs can actually adopt.

Closing the AI Gap for SMBs

Pax8 Labs focuses on a problem most MSPs already know well. SMBs want to use AI, but they struggle with picking tools, protecting data, and finding people who know how to implement the technology. MSPs want to help, but the ecosystem isn’t built for multi-tenant deployment, clear cost controls, or predictable service delivery. Pax8 Labs aims to solve those issues by building the underlying infrastructure MSPs need to run AI agents across many customers without losing visibility, predictability, or control.

The work is practical. Labs is building systems that let agents run securely across different clients, forecast usage costs before execution, prevent conflicts when agents touch shared data, and let models work with APIs even when connectors don’t exist. If Pax8 can standardize these capabilities, MSPs get a realistic way to deliver AI services without having to architect everything themselves. It shifts AI from something experimental to something partners can price, package, and support.

Strengthening the Microsoft Alliance

Alongside the AI push, Pax8 is expanding its collaboration with Microsoft. Pax8 is one of the first global partners to integrate the new unified Microsoft Marketplace, now merging AppSource and Azure Marketplace, directly into the Pax8 Marketplace. This means partners can access and resell a broader set of Microsoft-validated applications, AI tools, and agents, and bundle them with their own services in a single place. It eliminates unnecessary steps and simplifies the process of building comprehensive solutions for customers.

Pax8 is also rolling out OneCloud Guided Growth, a program designed to help MSPs build stronger Microsoft cloud practices. Many partners sell Microsoft 365 or Azure, but fewer have stepped into Dynamics, security, or Copilot. Guided Growth offers assessments, structured learning paths, and a phased plan that covers strategy, technical readiness, go-to-market alignment, and delivery. The goal is to help partners stop relying on one-off transactions and build a more stable, consultative cloud business.

Infinity Group’s recognition as the 2025 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Partner of the Year shows what this path can look like when it works. Their growth in licensing, packaged solutions, and customer expansion is a direct result of leaning into structured guidance and deeper alignment with Microsoft and Pax8. It’s a real example of the type of partner Pax8 aims to help others become.

Taken together, these initiatives point to a clear future. Pax8 Labs builds the AI foundation MSPs have been missing. The Microsoft Marketplace integration expands the tools they can offer. Guided Growth turns those tools into a strategy they can execute. And partners like Infinity Group show the results of following that approach.

For MSPs, the message is simple: Pax8 and Microsoft are creating a more predictable way to deliver AI and cloud services. Partners who act on it now will be better prepared for customers who expect AI to be part of everyday operations, not just a side project
