NUSO Acquires UK-Based I-Net Communications Group Limited

NUSO, a provider in the cloud communication sector, has announced its acquisition of I-Net Communications Group Limited. Financial information was not disclosed.

I-Net Communications, founded in 2007, is based in the United Kingtdom. The company has seven employees on LinkedIn. I-Net Communications' expertise includes PSTN & IP telephony services for call centers, media & marketing, multi-channel contact center solutions, cloud telephony, iPBX telephone systems, cloud communications, call center technology, customer service solutions, customer experience, intelligent telecoms networking, high volume call management, 0800 and freephone numbers, call traffic shaping, outbound dialing solutions, workforce management, and resource planning.

Strategic Expansion and Growth

With this acquisition, NUSO extends its cloud communications reach in the UK, offering services such as NUSO Bridge for Microsoft Teams and NUSO Bridge for Zoom. 

The acquisition brings additional UK-based business communication services to NUSO's portfolio. This includes contact center, voice, SIP trunking, and cloud PBX. Furthermore, NUSO can now operate native UK Geo, UK Non-Geo, and UK Toll-Free number ranges, solidifying its position in the UK market.

These services integrate PBX, SIP trunking, and direct routing platforms with Microsoft Teams and Zoom. I-Net's network will now serve as a foundation for NUSO's full-stack cloud solutions in the UK.
