Mission Launches Cloud Operate to Streamline AWS CloudOps

Mission, an AWS Premier Tier Services Partner, has introduced Mission Cloud Operate, a fully managed service aimed at simplifying cloud operations for businesses running on Amazon Web Services. Available exclusively through the AWS Marketplace, Cloud Operate is designed to reduce downtime and improve reliability by combining AI-powered observability with hands-on support from Mission’s CloudOps team.

As organizations scale their cloud environments, internal teams often struggle to maintain service levels while also driving innovation. Cloud Operate addresses this operational gap by integrating New Relic One for deep visibility, layering in intelligent alerting, and providing 24/7 incident response. Customers benefit from a service that not only monitors their AWS infrastructure but also helps manage routine tasks, troubleshoot issues, and fine-tune configurations based on their architecture and business priorities.

The offering is supported by a dedicated team of CloudOps engineers, Technical Account Managers, and Architects who assist with everything from routine AWS maintenance to root cause analysis during incidents. By combining real-time analytics with operational support, Cloud Operate helps customers identify and resolve problems before they impact business continuity. Additionally, since it’s a SaaS product available through the AWS Marketplace, eligible customers can apply the service toward their AWS Private Pricing Agreement (PPA) spend.
