International IT solutions and managed services provider Logicalis has acquired German Microsoft partner Orange Networks. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Founded in 2004, Orange is headquartered in Hamburg, with further offices in Munich, Offenbach, and Düsseldorf. The company is primarily focused on Microsoft cloud and managed services.

The deal advances Logicalis Germany to Microsoft Gold Certified Partner status and enhances its hybrid cloud offering, the company said.

Orange provides consulting services, development, deployment, and managed services across the Microsoft portfolio. Its approximate revenues are €5 million, the firm said.

Mark Rogers, Logicalis Group CEO, commented:

“With these new offerings and digital solutions, we can help transform our customers’ business by bringing together their vision with our industry knowledge and unique capabilities to deliver Azure-based digital transformation and integration services.

Logicalis is now enabled to deliver more comprehensive cloud and managed services to the clients based in Germany and other parts of Europe."

Logicalis Acquisitions: Earlier Deals

The acquisition bolsters Logicalis’ expansive global reach. In September 2018, the company acquired South Africa’s Clarotech and Chile’s Coasin. Those were tacked onto Logicalis’ operations in Europe, North America, Latin America, Asia Pacific, and Africa. The firm has an annualized revenue of more than $1.6 billion.

Key Logicalis partners include Cisco, HP Enterprise, IBM, NetApp, Microsoft, Oracle and VMware.
