Kaseya launches MSP Success to support MSP growth

MSPs are under pressure to find new customers, stand out in a crowded market, and run stronger businesses. Kaseya has launched MSP Success, a new growth ecosystem for managed service providers. The program brings together MSP Success Digital Marketing, MSP Success Peer, and the Kaseya Community.

The launch comes as customer acquisition remains a major problem for MSPs. According to Kaseya’s 2026 State of the MSP Report, 71% of MSPs said acquiring new customers is their biggest challenge. The idea is about giving MSPs one place to access marketing support, peer learning, and business resources.

Marketing help for MSPs

MSP Success Digital Marketing is the main new platform in the program. It is built to help MSPs improve their online presence, bring in leads, and turn more prospects into customers. The platform includes conversion-focused websites, search engine optimization, answer engine optimization, local search optimization, content marketing, email and social media campaign tools, reputation management, analytics and reporting, lead capture, appointment booking, and access to a dedicated Marketing Success Specialist.

A Kaseya spokesperson told ChannelE2E that the program is focused on business results, not just adding another partner resource.

“MSP Success is fundamentally focused on driving measurable business outcomes by addressing the largest challenge MSPs face, which is acquiring new customers. The ecosystem acts as a growth engine by giving partners a purpose-built system – offering everything from conversion-focused websites and advanced marketing automation to peer collaboration and a centralized learning hub – specifically designed to help them generate qualified leads and scale their businesses efficiently. While the platform provides a comprehensive set of digital marketing tools and processes, it is built to help MSPs establish a strong digital presence and convert opportunities, allowing partners to scale with confidence using proven frameworks.”

Kaseya is offering MSP Success Digital Marketing in two versions: Express and Pro. Express is for MSPs that need to build a stronger digital presence, improve visibility in search, and generate more qualified leads. Pro adds more marketing automation, conversion tools, and strategic support for MSPs that want a more advanced growth program.

For MSPs that already use agencies, consultants, or other marketing tools, the platform may not replace everything. Some providers may use it as their main marketing system. Others may use it to fill gaps, improve their website, or support lead generation.

Kaseya combines two peer programs

Kaseya is also bringing TruMethods Peer and Technology Marketing Toolkit together under the MSP Success Peer name. Both programs already have strong followings in the MSP market. By combining them, Kaseya says members will get access to a broader network and more areas of business support.

“By bringing TruMethods Peer and Technology Marketing Toolkit together under the MSP Success Peer umbrella, members will gain a broader perspective, deeper collaboration and access to a more powerful network to solve real-world challenges. With MSP Success Peer, MSPs will have a peer community that covers the entire MSP Business — Sales, Marketing, Operations, Account Management, Culture, Finance, Exiting and so much more. This makes us the most complete peer group in the industry. What stays the same is the core value of shared insight and accountability, as well as the structure of the programs, which allows MSPs to join one of two peer groups depending on their specific size and scale. Furthermore, the commitment to strong, experienced leadership remains constant, as supported by the appointment recently of former peer captain Jay Dixon as Director of MSP Success Peer Education.”

MSPs can join one of two peer programs based on their size and scale. Kaseya said peer meetings will be held in person each quarter in North America, EMEA, and APAC. Online meetings will take place between in-person sessions.

Community and learning resources

The third part of MSP Success is the Kaseya Community. Kaseya recently launched MSPsuccess.com as a central learning hub for MSPs. The site is meant to give providers access to expert guidance, business frameworks, and practical resources. It also serves as a gateway into the Kaseya customer community.

For Kaseya, the move also expands its role with MSP customers. The company is not only selling software. It is also building programs around marketing, education, business planning, and peer support. Vendors want partners to use their platforms, but they also want partners to grow, because stronger MSPs tend to buy more tools and serve more customers. Kaseya’s MSP Success program is aimed at a clear problem in the market: many MSPs need a more reliable way to grow. The program brings several pieces together, including marketing tools, peer learning, and community support.
