Juniper Networks Expands Partner Program with AI Capabilities

CISO Speak Out on AI

Juniper Networks is expanding its Juniper Partner Advantage (JPA) Program.

The expansion includes new AI-native networking offerings and introduces a Partner Assured designation which the company claims will enrich network performance, productivity, and profitability for its partners.

Program Enhancements

The JPA Program's latest additions feature the Partner Assured designation, which grants partners third-party validation of their capabilities in customer lifecycle management, verified by Information Security Systems International (ISSI).

This initiative is designed to help partners deliver improved customer outcomes and reduce operational costs, according to Juniper.

Key elements of the 2024 program update include a revamped Managed Network Provider designation, a new Advisor designation, initiatives on environmental sustainability, and the recognition of partners’ expertise in specific verticals. The program also introduces improved GTM engagement and the Deal Central Dashboard to streamline deal registration processes.

Response from Partners and Industry Growth

Following the program's enhancement, there was a notable increase in participation, with a 233 percent growth in participants year over year, according to the company.
