IT Solutions Consulting, a managed service provider, has finalized its acquisition of The Network Pro, aiming to strengthen its support for legal and manufacturing verticals and expand its reach to the West Coast. This move signifies a strategic expansion for the company. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

The company previously acquired Boston-based IT services provider Spade Technology in November 2023.
