Hyper Networks Acquires Telecom and Tech Business

Hyper Networks, a Henderson, Nevada-based provider of connectivity, networking, cloud, physical security, and cybersecurity solutions, has announced the acquisition of the telecommunications and technology business of JA Communications Group Inc. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Hyper Networks, founded in 2014, is headquartered in Henderson, Nevada. The company lists 33 employees on LinkedIn. Hyper Networks’ areas of expertise include connectivity, networking, cloud, physical security, and cybersecurity solutions.

JA Communications Group Inc., established over 20 years ago, is headquartered in Satellite Beach, Florida. The firm specializes in cloud computing, cybersecurity, SD-WAN, UCaaS, remote worker enablement, and disaster recovery. 

Enhanced Capabilities and Customer Benefits

Hyper Networks, a privately held entity, aims to leverage this acquisition to solidify its position in the market, enhance its telecommunications capabilities, and grow its offerings to a diverse customer base across various industries. 

The deal is set to enhance its telecommunications services, leveraging JA Communications Group's extensive experience and established customer basem according to the company. 

The company’s founder, Jon Arnold, will continue to support existing relationships and contribute to Hyper Networks' expanded portfolio, which now includes hundreds of new products in networking, cloud, physical security, and cybersecurity, the company said.
