Hosted VoIP M&A: InteractiveTel Acquires TruMobility Assets

InteractiveTel has acquired various business assets from TruMobility, a provider of hosted VoIP services to small business customers. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

This is technology M&A deal number 910 that ChannelE2E has covered so far in 2022.

InteractiveTel, founded in 2008, is based in Houston, Texas. The company has 51 employees listed on LinkedIn. InteractiveTel develops TotalCX (a customer experience intelligence platform) and SenseiCX (a call performance training solution). The company supports more than 4,000 businesses.

TruMobility, founded in 2009, is based in Vero Beach, Florida. The company has four employees listed on LinkedIn. TruMobility's capabilities span hosted VoIP, nationwide mobile and a cell-based Private Cellular Network.

In a prepared statement about the deal, InteractiveTel CEO Gary Graves said:

“Customers will have an elevated experience and access to products and services that are exclusive to InteractiveTel. Growing our customer base is part of our accelerated growth plan to fulfill our goal of improving customer experience and changing consumer perception in the automotive industry.”

TruMobility executives were not quoted in the M&A announcement.
