In a strategic move aimed at expanding its regional influence, ePlus Inc. has acquired certain assets of Denver-based IT solution provider, PEAK Resources, Inc. (PEAK). Financial details of the transaction have not been disclosed.

The deal will enhance ePlus’ engineering, sales, and service capabilities in the rapidly growing Mountain West region.

By integrating PEAK's customer-centric approach and regional market knowledge with ePlus’ solution portfolio, the merger aims to create a powerful synergy in the IT solutions sector, ePlus said.
