In a strategic move aimed at expanding its regional influence, ePlus Inc. has acquired certain assets of Denver-based IT solution provider, PEAK Resources, Inc. (PEAK). Financial details of the transaction have not been disclosed.

By integrating PEAK's customer-centric approach and regional market knowledge with ePlus’ solution portfolio, the merger aims to create a powerful synergy in the IT solutions sector, ePlus said.
