Direct Companies Acquires Workplace IT Management

Direct Companies recently completed its acquisition of Workplace IT Management, according to Sioux Falls Business. Financial information was not disclosed.

In terms of physical expansion, Zweifel mentioned the possibility of growing Direct Companies’ infrastructure. He highlighted the company's wide reach, with facilities across South Dakota and offices in North Dakota, St. Louis, and remote locations in other states.

Zueger says he plans to stay onboard and provide leadership and direction for the foreseeable future.
