CyberArk Expands Identity Security Tools and Launches MSP-Optimized Partner Program

CyberArk has introduced a revamped console and partner program aimed at helping Managed Service Providers (MSPs) deliver more efficient, scalable, and differentiated identity security services. The updates are designed to support MSPs as they address increasing demand for converged identity protection across their customer base.

At the center of the update is the CyberArk MSP Hub, a centralized, multi-tenant management platform that simplifies how MSPs provision, monitor, and manage identity security across customer environments. It replaces the previously on-premise MSP Console with a more modern, cloud-based experience.

“The MSP Console is an on-prem solution aimed at collecting statistics and managing PrivCloud tenants,” said Sharon Shitrit, Director of Product Management at CyberArk. “As CyberArk is growing its platform, it is only natural to evolve this solution, as all other on-prem solutions to SaaS. The MSP Hub is the first SaaS-based solution for MSPs.”

A Next-Gen Management Experience for MSPs

The MSP Hub enables MSPs to manage all customers and environments from a single pane of glass. It includes multi-tenant visibility, supports identity services beyond PrivCloud, and offers streamlined access through SSO.

“Its key features already available include multi-tenant management, the ability to view and manage all the MSP’s customers and environments all in one place,” Shitrit continued. “The Hub serves as an entry point to the ISPSS platform, allowing MSPs to manage not only PrivCloud but all types of ISPs. A key capability is to log in via SSO to the end tenants from the MSP Hub to manage and run daily operations.”

While both the legacy console and MSP Hub will continue to coexist, CyberArk is focused on long-term investment in the Hub.

“The MSP Hub can be considered the next-generation MSP solution, building on the foundation of the MSP Console,” Shitrit added. “CyberArk is committed to investing in the MSP Hub, adding value and capabilities so MSPs can rely solely on the MSP Hub for their managed cybersecurity services.”

Converged Identity Security: One Platform, Broader Services

MSPs can now use the CyberArk Identity Security Platform to deliver converged services that span Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), and Identity and Access Management (IAM), through a single vendor.

“With the addition of Zilla and Identity, CyberArk is uniquely positioned as a single vendor offering comprehensive identity security across PAM, IGA, and IAM,” Shitrit explained. “Now we can offer a full converged, single-vendor platform to our customers. This allows them to deliver a complete identity security service through the CyberArk platform, a true one-stop shop.”

This approach supports differentiated offerings while improving service delivery and cost efficiency, especially critical for MSPs operating in the mid-market.

“It not only simplifies operations and reduces the need for multiple technology experts, but also improves cost efficiency,” said Shitrit. “The potential for converged solutions is particularly strong in the mid-market, where MSPs often operate with tighter budgets.”

Partner Program Built for Scale and Profitability

Launching in 2026, CyberArk’s updated partner program introduces dedicated SKUs, tiered discounts, and go-to-market support designed specifically for the MSP business model.

“The new MSP-optimized offering in the CyberArk Partner Program is scheduled to launch in 2026 and will be purpose-built to align with how MSPs operate and scale,” said Dmitry Kuchynski, VP Global Managed Service Providers at CyberArk. “The program elements will be engineered to drive predictable, scalable, and profitable growth for MSPs while ensuring high-impact security outcomes for end customers.”

The structure allows MSPs to build repeatable identity services while driving consistent revenue. “These elements are designed to make it easier for partners to align with customer needs, expand identity-focused services, and drive consistent revenue through value-added offerings,” Kuchynski noted.

Onboarding and Enablement for Fast Time-to-Value

CyberArk supports new MSPs with a structured onboarding experience and enablement resources. “New MSPs with CyberArk are provided a number of methods and tools to enhance their experience and time to first deal,” said Kuchynski.

These resources include:

  • Partner community portal access after certification
  • Welcome kits and onboarding checklists for step-by-step integration
  • CyberArk University for technical and sales certifications
  • Commercial and technical workshops to assess solution fit
  • Co-branded campaign templates to support marketing and sales
  • With the introduction of the MSP Hub and a partner program tailored for service providers, CyberArk gives MSPs the tools and support to deliver comprehensive, scalable, and profitable identity security offerings. As customer needs shift toward converged identity protection, this initiative positions MSPs to grow their portfolios and stay ahead in an increasingly identity-centric landscape.
