CrowdStrike Brings Distributor-Led Authorized Support Partner Services to Europe

Cybersecurity vendor CrowdStrike is expanding its support services across Europe with its new Authorized Support Partner Program, which will provide broader Level 1 and Level 2 support with the help of two major European distributors, Ignition Technology and Westcon-Comstor.

Under the new distributor-led program, Ignition Technology and Westcon-Comstor will be authorized to sell and provide localized, multilingual Level 1 and Level 2 support to channel partners across Europe for CrowdStrike’s cloud-native Falcon cybersecurity platform. The distributors will support the Falcon platform in English, French, German, Spanish, and Arabic under the deal.

“This expansion is all about scale, reach, and empowering partners to lead with services,”
Dan Danielli, vice president of global distribution for CrowdStrike, told ChannelE2E. “By enabling distributors like Ignition Technology and Westcon-Comstor to deliver localized Level 1 and 2 support, we are making it easier than ever for MSPs, VARs, and system integrators to build, deliver, and support the Falcon platform quickly.”

For CrowdStrike, “partners gain the regional expertise, language coverage, and responsiveness they need to win more business and unlock new recurring revenue streams,” said Danielli. “It accelerates partner success and raises the bar for cybersecurity excellence across Europe.”

The expansion, however, is not just about distribution, said Danielli. “It is about transforming the partner experience,” he said. “This program is a catalyst for partners to move from simply reselling products to delivering high-value services built on the Falcon platform. By embedding CrowdStrike-approved support directly into the channel, we are enabling MSPs and VARs to focus on what matters most – delivering stronger security outcomes, not operational overhead.”

Together, the new support services strengthen the channel, accelerate customer adoption, and give partners a more predictable, profitable path to growth through service-led cybersecurity, he said.

“Europe is just the first wave of this initiative,” said Danielli. “We are launching through Ignition and Westcon-Comstor in key markets including Benelux, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, and Ireland, with a clear strategy to broaden our reach over time. As demand grows, we will bring this distributor-led model to additional regions where localized support and partner enablement can drive even greater impact for customers.”

As two of Europe’s most respected cybersecurity and technology distributors, Ignition Technology and Westcon-Comstor have deep regional expertise, strong partner ecosystems, and proven records of driving value in complex markets, said Danielli. “Westcon-Comstor is a globally recognized distribution leader, and Ignition has built an exceptional next-generation security portfolio across Europe,” he said. “Together, they represent the kind of trusted, high-performing partners that reflect CrowdStrike’s commitment to empowering the channel and delivering excellence to customers.”

Both distributors were chosen by CrowdStrike because they “are exactly the kind of high-performing partners that fuel CrowdStrike’s momentum in the channel,” said Danielli. “They share our partner-first philosophy and bring the scale, reach, and technical depth to deliver world-class, localized support across Europe. Both have a proven ability to help partners grow faster, expand services, and deliver measurable customer outcomes powered by the Falcon platform.

This collaboration builds on that success, combining their channel strength with CrowdStrike’s innovation to set a new benchmark for operational excellence and partner enablement in the industry.”
