CACI Acquires ID Technologies
The acquisition of ID Technologies expands CACI’s secure network modernization capabilities via the CSfC software, CACI said. Additionally, CACI will leverage ID Technologies’ capabilities in product and engineering solutions to deliver cloud, network and end-user initiatives to customers, the buyer indicated.CACI, founded in 1962, partners with U.S. government agencies. The firm has approximately 22,000 employees.
