Arctic Wolf Expands MSP Strategy with New Partner Program and Aurora Endpoint Security

Arctic Wolf is advancing its channel strategy with a refreshed MSP Partner Program and the launch of Aurora Endpoint Security for MSPs. These moves are designed to help managed service providers simplify security operations, increase margins, and scale with less complexity, addressing key pain points across the security services landscape.

Flexible Support for MSPs at Any Stage

The updated MSP Partner Program introduces a tiered model tailored to meet the needs of MSPs at different stages of growth. With progressive volume pricing, flexible deal minimums, and multi-year volume agreements, Arctic Wolf is aiming to remove barriers to entry while rewarding long-term alignment.

“We’ve designed our program to meet partners where they are, whether they’re just getting started or scaling fast under multi-year agreements,” said Will Briggs, SVP, Global Channels at Arctic Wolf.

“For smaller MSPs, we offer flexible onboarding, usage-based pricing, and low initial commitments to help them ramp without pressure. As partners grow, they can access more competitive pricing tiers and volume-based incentives that reward long-term alignment. No matter the size, every partner gets the same level of hands-on support from our team to ensure they’re set up for success from day one.”

Reducing Stack Complexity with Aurora Endpoint Security

Alongside the partner program update, Arctic Wolf introduced Aurora Endpoint Security for MSPs, an offering that integrates directly with the broader Aurora Platform. This allows partners to streamline their endpoint security stack without being locked into a single vendor model.

“The real value of Aurora Endpoint Security for MSPs is how deeply it integrates with the broader Aurora Platform,” Briggs noted. “We built it to help partners deliver stronger outcomes without adding complexity. What makes Arctic Wolf different is our commitment to openness, MSPs can still use the tools they prefer, and we continue to support more than a dozen other endpoint solutions. But for those looking to simplify their stack and get the most out of the Aurora Platform, Aurora Endpoint is purpose-built to deliver that advantage.”

AI-Powered Signal-to-Noise Reduction

One of the most persistent challenges for MSPs is managing alert fatigue and maintaining consistent coverage across customer environments. Arctic Wolf addresses this with Alpha AI, a core engine that powers its Aurora Platform.

“The Aurora Platform processes over 8 trillion security events each week, yet customers typically see just one alert per day,” Briggs explained. “That level of signal-to-noise reduction is powered by Alpha AI, which automates threat prevention and removes manual overhead from routine workflows. It’s trained on more than 10 million hours of real-world SOC experience, giving MSPs the confidence that alerts are meaningful and actionable. With Arctic Wolf, partners spend less time sorting through noise and more time focusing on what matters, delivering real value to their customers.”

Built with Partner Feedback

The enhancements were unveiled during Partner Jam, Arctic Wolf’s annual summit for channel, alliance, and insurance partners. According to the company, the program has been shaped directly by partner input and is part of a broader commitment to long-term collaboration.

“Our partner community plays a huge role in shaping everything we build,” said Briggs. “We now work with more than 2,200 partners globally, and we’ve recently expanded our footprint in APAC with launches in Japan and Singapore. Across our channel, technology, and insurance partners, there’s a shared commitment to making security work for customers. The feedback during Partner Jam was incredibly positive. Our partners are eager to adopt new innovations, and their input has been key in refining the program to meet real-world needs.”

With its new MSP-focused offerings, Arctic Wolf is positioning itself as a flexible and collaborative partner in a rapidly evolving security services market.
