Marketing services provider Allant Group, backed by investment firm VntCap Technologies, has acquired Bubblebox, a provider of Salesforce multi-cloud services for marketing customers. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Allant Group, based in Chicago, supports marketing professionals within mid-market and emerging businesses. The company's services include data integration and management, martech system integration, analytics and other application-layer integrations.
Bubblebox, founded in 2008, is a Salesforce Silver Consulting partner, and a Salesforce "Go-to-Market" Marketing Cloud partner in North America.
Bubblebox has proficiency across the Salesforce Sales, Marketing, Service and Community Clouds as well as Pardot. The company has implemented more than 2,000 solutions for over 200 customers, according to Bubblebox's website. The seller is based in Vancouver, Canada with an office in Toronto.
