ACL Digital Acquires Software Product Engineering Firm AFour Technologies

Digital experience, engineering and digital transformation services firm ACL Digital, an ALTEN group company, has acquired AFour Technologies, a software product engineering firm. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

ACL Digital, founded in 1992, is based in San Jose, California. The company has 1,490 employees listed on LinkedIn.
