Accrete Health Partners Acquires Tech Consultancy Nordic Consulting Partners

Accrete Health Partners -- a digital holding company -- has acquired Nordic Consulting Partners, a global health and technology consulting company. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Accrete Health Partners Acquires Nordic Consulting Partners

Accrete Health partners was founded in 2022. The company has between 11 and 50 employees listed on LinkedIn. Accrete's areas of expertise include healthcare and hospitals.

Nordic Consulting Partners is a global IT services and IT consulting firm. The company has 1,550 employees listed on LinkedIn, but the company said it now has more than 1,900 employees. Nordic's areas of expertise include strategic advisory, digital and cloud initiatives, implementation and support and enterprise technology transformation.

After the acquisition, Nordic and Accrete will help clients further achieve their business goals and make novel solutions available to health care consumers at a faster pace, the companies said. Nordic Global Companies, which also includes Healthtech, has deep expertise in the major EHR and ERP systems on which the health care industry relies, including Epic, Cerner, MEDITECH and Infor, according to Nordic. The acquisition by Accrete will help Nordic to invest in building its team, develop new and existing offerings and expand its global footprint.
