Accenture’s M&A Plays
Accenture continues to make moves on the M&A front. This was the company’s third announced acquisition of June 2019. It previously acquired Boston-based IT consulting and systems integration Bridge Energy Group, as well as Deja vu Security for IoT security testing.Accenture announced even more deals in May, with at least three acquisitions including:- Droga5, a New York-based creative agency and advertising firm.
- Storm Digital, a digital marketing agency in the Netherlands
- Kolle Rebbe, a digital media agency.
