2. M&A - Cloud Consulting: Cognizant is acquiring Contino, a 350-person cloud consulting and DevOps firm headquartered in London. Contino's expertise spans Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Financial terms were not disclosed.
3. M&A - Data Centers for Sale: Somewhere between $5 billion and $40 billion worth of data centers are up for sale amid an M&A feeding frenzy that sounds a lot like the MSP M&A craze. Still, it's unclear if all those potential data center buyers and sellers can agree on valuation...
4. MSP Podcasts: Keep an eye on SolarWinds and LogicNow veteran Dave Sobel, who also is a former MSP owner. Veeam Sells Business Unit:Veeam Software has sold off its N2SW business unit in order to address potential concerns from the U.S. government, Blocks & Files reports. Veeam is partly owned by two Russian executives, which means the N2SW business unit faced heavy scrutiny in the U.S. federal government sector.
6. IBM Financial Results:IBM's Q3 profits beat Wall Street's expectations but revenues were short of expectations. The company's recent Red Hat acquisition performed strongly as part of IBM's hybrid-cloud strategy. Still, IBM's overall cloud business is smaller and growing more slowly compared to such rivals as AWS and Microsoft Azure.

1. Zendesk Partner Program: A new Zendesk Partner Program has surfaced.2. Zoho Developer Platform: Zoho is opening up its cloud application platform to more developers. Talent -Enterprise Analytics: Pyramid Analyticshas hired Dave Henry as senior VP of strategic alliances.4. IoT Partner Program: MachineMetrics has unveiled an Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) Partner Ecosystem.5. Deloitte and Google Cloud Platform:Deloitte, a Top 100 Public Cloud MSP, is "accelerating its global Google go-to-market initiatives and will expand its enterprise cloud services," the company says.6. Storage:SwiftStack and InfiniteIO have announced a joint solution that transforms tier-one NAS into a scalable, economical, high-performance, cloud-ready environment for file data, the companies claim.7.
