The financial results generally exceeded Wall Street's expectations. The company's SolarWinds MSP division expanded its network device monitoring capabilities during the quarter.
3. Partner Program - IT Monitoring: LogicMonitor has launched a partner program that spans resellers, systems integrators, MSPs and technology integrators. The company develops cloud-based performance monitoring software for enterprise IT customers and partners. Chief Revenue Officer Mark Banfield, a veteran of Autotask and Datto, is driving the partner effort. LogicMonitor's private equity parent, Vista Equity Partners, also owns Datto.
