Webroot, Kaseya: Endpoint Security Meets Kaseya VSA

Kaseya and Webroot today announced the integration of Webroot SecureAnywhere Business Endpoint Protection (WSAB) as a module into Kaseya VSA. The new Webroot Kaseya Module provides MSPs with endpoint security management against malware, ransomware and various cyber threats, the companies say.According to Kaseya, the Webroot Kaseya Module helps MSPs increase security, reduce costs and save time. The module features:GUI-driven install/uninstall capabilities. Single pane of glass view to manage Webroot within the VSA dashboard. Search via Kaseya group, machine ID or other criteria. Mirrored management for Kaseya groups via Webroot groups or sites with single or multiple keys. Automatic recognition and management for previously installed Webroot agents via VSA. Support for Apple products. Access to the Webroot Unity application programming interface (API), which allows security administrators to access additional Webroot endpoint data and services. Kaseya said the Webroot Kaseya Module is the first of a series of planned releases designed to optimize operational costs of WSAB security management via VSA. Future releases will include increased automation, efficiency features and reporting. "Through this partnership, our customers will have peace of mind in knowing that they can manage, automate and protect all of IT," Kaseya Chief Product Officer Mike Puglia (pictured) said in a prepared statement.The Webroot Kaseya Module is now available for VSA via the Kaseya Automation Exchange marketplace.Live Connect On Demand that enables MSPs to conduct remote sessions with end users who do not have a Kaseya agent installed. In a press release, Puglia said VSA 9.4 highlights his company's ongoing commitment to upgrade its products and services to fulfill customers' technology needs.
