Share

Private equity-backed managed cloud provider Syntax has acquired Linke, which provides SAP on Amazon Web Services (AWS), for an undisclosed amount.

This is technology M&A deal number 237 that ChannelE2E has covered so far in 2021. See all technology M&A deals for 2021 and 2020 listed here.

The majority of Linke’s customers come from the Iberian, French and Nordic markets. The addition of Linke will allow Syntax to bolster its presence in the EMEA market, the company said.

Syntax says it aims to expand Linke's AWS Professional Services practice by growing its European advisory and migration offering in the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) and in the Americas.
