A-COM Integrated Solutions has acquired Beck and Associates Network Solutions Inc., according to The Ledger Enquirer. ChannelE2E has not independently confirmed the deal.
Assuming reports are accurate, the A-COM/Beck deal essentially marries a home security and fire alarm business (which has evolved greatly) with an MSP. A-COM, founded in 1973, has grown to monitor more than 20,000 customer accounts, the company has stated. Beck and Associates, founded in 2004, is an MSP that offers remote monitoring, security, backup and cloud services, according to its website.
