SoftwareONE Acquires InterGrupo To Bolster Digital Transformation Business

SoftwareONE, a private equity-backed software and cloud technology solutions provider, has fully acquired InterGrupo for an undisclosed amount. SoftwareONE is buying the remaining 40 percent of the company following an initial investment in 2019.

InterGrupo is a cloud technology solutions provider from Medellin, Colombia. The company has around 1,400 employees, primarily developers and technology specialists. InterGrupo automates processes to accelerate the pace of business while modernizing legacy applications and migrating them to cloud-native technologies in Microsoft Azure and AWS.

In the year leading up to June 2020, InterGrupo achieved around US$42.7 million in gross profit.

The addition of InterGrupo strengthens SoftwareONE’s Solutions and Services capabilities and its business volume, according to SoftwareONE.
