NuMSP has acquired NetFusion, a managed IT services provider (MSP) in Los Angeles, the companies confirmed today. Financial terms were not disclosed.
NetFusion, founded in 1995, focuses on law firms, CPAs and business management firms. The company has between 11 and 50 employees, according to its LinkedIn profile.
Describing the deal, NuMSP CEO Jim Griffith said in a prepared statement:
"We are excited to expand into the Los Angeles marketplace with the acquisition of NetFusion. Their excellent reputation and expertise in providing industry-specific technology solutions will greatly contribute to our goal of building a nationwide MSP company."
Added Dave Watts, president and founder of NetFusion:

NuMSP Keeps Acquiring MSPs
This is NuMSP's 11th acquisition to date. The company is striving to build a nationwide network that offers Fortune 500-class IT services to SMB customers. To this point, however, the company has not disclosed its headcount figures nor its funding sources.
The company's earlier deals, among others, include acquiring:
- AZBS, a Chicago-based full-service MSP that serves SMBs.
- a business arm of Corporate Technologies in March 2019.
- Sacramento, California’s Salient IT;
- Ultimate Technical Solutions Inc (UTSI) of New Orleans, Louisiana; and
- Network Medics, an MSP in Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota.
