ThreatSpike Raises $14M to Expand Unified Security Platform

ThreatSpike, a UK-based cybersecurity provider, has secured $14 million in Series A funding after 14 years of bootstrapped growth, reports SecurityWeek. The round, led by Expedition Growth Capital, will support the company’s expansion across engineering, go-to-market, and security operations functions.

The company offers a unified platform that combines real-time detection and response, penetration testing, and continuous threat hunting. Targeting mid-sized businesses, ThreatSpike aims to simplify cybersecurity by providing full visibility across endpoints, cloud assets, email, and applications—all within a single managed service.

In addition to monitoring and response, the platform enables organizations to proactively test their security posture through attack simulations and vulnerability scans. This approach helps teams identify weaknesses and validate defenses without relying on multiple disconnected tools.

The new funding will be used to drive global expansion and product development. Currently serving more than 200 customers across various industries in North America and EMEA, ThreatSpike positions itself as an alternative to fragmented tools and opaque pricing models in the security market.
