Silent Push has secured $10 million in Series B funding to expand its preemptive threat intelligence platform. Founded in 2020 by Ken Bagnall and John Jensen, both with deep roots at FireEye, the company focuses on spotting the early signals of attacker infrastructure before campaigns are fully operational. The funding round, led by StepStone Group with participation from Ten Eleven and Knollwood Investment Advisory, brings the company’s total raised to $32 million. The platform is built on the idea of “Indicators of Future Attack,” which track changes across domains, DNS records, certificates, and WHOIS data. By combining these with live DNS data and behavioral fingerprinting, Silent Push helps teams recognize emerging campaigns. Rather than waiting until infrastructure is weaponized, security teams can block and disrupt earlier in the attacker’s lifecycle.Silent Push also extends its technology into practical use cases for enterprises and governments. Organizations can monitor their external attack surfaces, identify brand spoofing and phishing attempts, and detect drift in internet-facing assets. The intelligence is designed to integrate into existing security stacks, giving teams timely and relevant context that improves detection while reducing false positives. With this funding, Silent Push plans to accelerate its global footprint and build on recent partnerships, including a deal with distributor CyberLion Ltd. across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. As attackers diversify their infrastructure and tactics, the company is positioning itself as a source of early, actionable intelligence to help organizations defend before attacks materialize.
