ManageEngine has launched a partner-developer ecosystem through its ManageEngine Marketplace, giving enterprises a central place to find and deploy extensions, integrations, add-ons, plugins, and AI agents across its IT management platforms. The marketplace is built around a growing network of partner-developers that can create specialized capabilities on top of ManageEngine’s core products. The company said more than 17 partner-developer organizations have already built more than 170 turnkey extensions, which have generated more than 10,000 downloads globally. For enterprise IT teams, the goal is to make it easier to connect ManageEngine platforms with other tools, add industry-specific functions, and address operational needs that fall outside standard product features.Enterprise IT teams are being asked to support more tools, more users, and more automation without adding the same level of headcount. ManageEngine is also using the marketplace as a gateway for Zia Agents, its AI-powered autonomous agents for enterprise IT environments. The agents are designed to work across ManageEngine platforms and third-party solutions, giving customers a way to automate heavier IT workloads and bring AI into areas such as IT operations, security workflows, and service management. For partners, the marketplace adds another way to build around ManageEngine’s platforms. Partner-developers, ISVs, systems integrators, and customers can use the company’s extension framework to create and publish new capabilities for other organizations. ManageEngine said each submission will be reviewed for functionality, security, and compliance before it goes live, giving customers more control over what they add to their IT environments.
