Integris launches CORE to tie managed IT services to AI adoption

Integris has launched CORE, a managed services offering that combines IT support, cybersecurity, AI, automation and data governance under one service model. The Cranbury, New Jersey-based MSP said the offering is aimed at small and midsize businesses that want to move AI projects into day-to-day operations without creating new security, compliance or management gaps.

CORE gives customers access to the technology, governance controls, employee training and ongoing support needed to identify and deploy practical AI use cases. Integris plans to work with customers on areas such as workflow automation, productivity improvements and data management, while tracking whether those projects are delivering measurable results.

The launch reflects a broader shift in managed services as customers expect providers to support business operations alongside infrastructure and security. Integris is positioning AI governance and adoption as ongoing managed services responsibilities, giving the company a way to build AI planning, implementation and optimization into its customer relationships.

For Integris, CORE expands the MSP role beyond keeping systems available and protected. The model gives customers one provider to manage the technology, policies and operational work around AI, while giving Integris a clearer path to attach recurring services to AI adoption as demand grows.
