CyberSentriq, a new player in the MSP technology space, is bringing together two critical pillars of IT service delivery (data protection and cybersecurity) under one brand, according to CRN. Formed through the merger of Redstor and TitanHQ, the company aims to offer a unified solution stack purpose-built for managed service providers. While many vendors have tried to bridge these two areas in the past, CyberSentriq is approaching the challenge with an MSP-first mindset.

The merger is backed by private equity firm Bregal Milestone, which acquired cybersecurity vendor TitanHQ to pair with its existing portfolio company, Redstor. Together, the two bring specialized capabilities in email security and backup, respectively. The idea is to eliminate the complexity MSPs face when managing multiple tools, vendors, and integrations by providing a more cohesive stack designed to work seamlessly out of the box.

Currently serving around 3,000 MSPs, CyberSentriq has its roots in North America but plans to scale its integrated offering globally. The leadership team is focused on aligning the service experience across both portfolios and ensuring existing customers continue receiving the support and tools they rely on. Integration of the product lines is already underway, with a focus on maintaining consistency while expanding functionality.

As MSPs deal with evolving threats and rising client expectations, solutions like CyberSentriq’s could simplify how they deliver security and continuity services. Rather than building their own stack from point tools or buying into sprawling platforms, MSPs may find value in a consolidated approach that still draws on best-of-breed foundations.
