CyberRisk Alliance Expands Channel Reach with ChannelPro Acquisition

CyberRisk Alliance (CRA) has acquired ChannelPro Network, a long-standing media and events brand focused on the SMB managed services community. ChannelPro has been a steady voice for SMB-focused IT providers for years, reaching its audience through events, online content, and a tight community. Bringing it under CRA ties that SMB lens directly into CRA’s broader cybersecurity and managed services work. The move will strengthen CRA's coverage of the MSP and MSSP world.

The fit is natural. CRA already runs MSSP Alert, ChannelE2E, and MSSP Alert Live, an in-person event that serves cybersecurity-focused managed service providers, managed security service providers and security leaders. ChannelPro adds deeper reach into the SMB MSP space, which continues to be a major growth area for the industry. Together, the brands can offer more connected reporting, clearer insights, and a wider platform for MSPs and MSSPs looking for guidance on business and security trends.

ChannelPro’s president, Kelly Kocher, will now oversee CRA’s entire channel portfolio. That move gives the combined group a single leader who knows what MSPs, solution providers, and vendors need and can shape content and programs across all the brands with that in mind.

For the community, this means more practical coverage, more chances to connect, and a stronger link between the business side of managed services and the fast-moving security landscape. It also gives vendors and partners a clearer way to reach a wide but focused audience of channel decision-makers.
