CyberGlobal has opened a Regulation Crowdfunding (Reg CF) campaign on Wefunder to expand what it calls the world’s first global cybersecurity franchise. The company is betting on a simple idea - that small and mid-sized businesses deserve access to enterprise-grade protection without enterprise overhead. In 2024, cyber incidents jumped more than 1,200%, and nearly half hit small businesses. Most don’t have the staff or tools to keep up.The franchise model is built around three pillars: local trust, global expertise, and AI automation. Each franchise acts as a local advisor while tapping into CyberGlobal’s shared infrastructure and tools, including PentX.AI, its autonomous penetration testing platform. The approach lets smaller operators deliver continuous testing, risk insights, and remediation without maintaining large security teams -bringing scale and consistency to a market that’s traditionally fragmented. The company’s first year shows traction: $11 million in group revenue through 2024, $17 million in signed contracts for 2025, and presence across 18 countries. In the U.S., CyberGlobal signed 14 franchisees and generated $2 million in its first 12 months, with plans to hit 25 by year-end. Partnerships with Microsoft, AWS, Palo Alto Networks, Bitdefender, and others add weight to its platform and reach. The Wefunder campaign gives investors a chance to back a model designed to make cybersecurity more local, repeatable, and scalable. With a target of 200 locations by 2030, CyberGlobal is positioning its network for long-term growth and opening a new path for how cybersecurity services are delivered in the AI era.
