ConnectSecure has launched Patch 360, a patch management solution built for managed services providers that need to remediate vulnerabilities faster without creating avoidable disruption for customers. The Tampa, Florida-based company said Patch 360 is designed to give MSPs more control over how patches are prioritized, tested, approved, deployed, and rolled back across client environments.Patch management is a constant pressure point for MSPs because delayed updates leave customers exposed, while rushed deployments can break applications or interrupt daily operations. Patch 360 addresses that by putting pilot-first validation at the center of the workflow. MSPs can route patches to designated test systems first, validate the outcome through manual, automated, or hybrid testing, and then promote approved patches into broader deployment. The platform also includes risk-based remediation that prioritizes patches using threat intelligence such as CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities, critical-severity vulnerabilities, and high Exploit Prediction Scoring System scores. Other capabilities include controlled rollouts, approval workflows, application-aware patching, real-time patch lifecycle visibility, rollback and recovery, and PSA integrations that can generate tickets, notifications, and audit records.Patching is no longer just an IT maintenance task but a part of vulnerability management, compliance, customer reporting, and incident prevention. ConnectSecure said future updates to Patch 360 will add AI-powered validation to analyze pilot results, detect anomalies, and guide deployment decisions. That gives MSPs a clearer path to standardize patching across customers while keeping service teams in control of rollout risk.
