MSP Acquisition: StoredTech Buys Noah IT

Managed services provider StoredTech has acquired the assets of Raleigh, North Carolina-based Noah IT for an undisclosed sum.

The acquisition will increase the company’s presence in the region as well as its headcount, as all of Noah IT’s employees will join StoredTech, the company said.

Founded in 2010, StoredTech has offices in Queensbury, Albany and Plattsburgh, New York, and Raleigh, North Carolina. The acquisition is effective immediately and all of the Noah IT staff will be work out of StoredTech’s Raleigh office, the company said.
