Fully Managed also is known for founder Chris Day's success in the software market; he's now CEO of IT Glue -- the fast-growing provider of documentation software for MSPs. Joel Abramson, meanwhile, leads Fully Managed as CEO.

As part of the Kedsey acquisition, Fully Managed will add Matt Tipping, founder of Kedsey, and Leily Madani, a technician, to its Vancouver-based staff.
