ConnectWise, Auvik Sign Network RMM Reseller Deal

ConnectWise has agreed to resell Auvik Networks' flagship platform for network RMM (remote monitoring and management). The move reinforces ConnectWise's growing strategy as a one-stop-shop for technology solutions providers that are seeking to more effectively "build, manage, and grow their businesses."

At first glance, ConnectWise's LabTech platform and Auvik Networks overlap in the RMM market. But a healthy number of IT solutions providers -- particularly MSPs -- leverage multiple RMM tools to extend across mobile, PC, server, network and cloud management.

Auvik’s network-focused RMM provides instant visibility and control of infrastructure devices, such as routers, switches, and firewalls, the company says. It integrates with ConnectWise, syncing configurations to network inventory and alerts to tickets. Auvik also integrates with LabTech, complementing LabTech’s management of servers and PCs, the companies assert.

Evolving ISV Ecosystem

Auvik has been in the market speaking with potential technology partners and potential funders about a range of partnerships and strategic relationships, ChannelE2E has heard.

ConnectWise, meanwhile, could leverage the Auvik relationship as the company seeks to work more closely with Cisco VARs. Gavin Gamber, VP of channel sales & alliances for ConnectWise, has been building a range of reseller relationships with ISVs -- from Auvik to Veeam and more.
