- Cognizant Technology Solutions (CTSH): The IT consulting firm is investigating alleged corruption within its own business.
- EarthLink (ELNK): The network service provider is considering a potential M&A deal, reports suggest. Actually, the deal is now official.
- New Relic (NEWR): The company is preparing to push beyond application performance monitoring (APM) into infrastructure management -- competing head-on against DataDog.
- RigNet (RNET): The MSP has been struggling to maintain profits amid a slump in its core vertical market -- energy.
