5. Partnership - Softbank and Ingram Micro: CloudBlue, an Ingram Micro business, will provide the underlying technology to
Softbank's SB C&S cloud solutions and services. As part of the limited partnership agreement, CloudBlue’s suite of offerings will assist SB C&S in the transaction of millions of cloud subscriptions from global vendors, including a portfolio of local Japanese ISVs. Across phases, CloudBlue will power the transaction of millions of cloud service licenses, including Microsoft Office 365 and Dropbox, the companies say. Further, the portfolio is expected to grow to include additional global SaaS and IaaS products, Ingram added.
