3. M&A - California MSPs: briteCITY, an MSP led by Kaseya & inhouseIT veterans, has acquired ANiMODUS to expand IT services.

7. Venture Capital Regulations: Venture capital funds could be poised to see bigger cash infusions from Wall Street banks as U.S. regulators move closer to easing post-crisis restrictions on such investments, Bloomberg reports. The move will allow Banks to back venture capital deals, but may also expose banks to high-risk technology ventures and market corrections.
8. Office 365 eDiscovery: FTI Consulting has launched a universal Microsoft Office 365 connector, which eliminates unnecessary steps during the eDiscovery process.
9. Oracle Cloud Data Centers: Oracle has added new cloud computing data centers in five countries and aims to have them in 36 locations by the end of 2020, as it races with Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure for market share, Reuters reports.
