UK-based MSP Intercity has acquired Centrality. While financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, TheBusinessDesk.com reported the combined entity will be worth £60 million (US$74.9 million).

Intercity, founded in 1985, is based in Birmingham, England. The company has 297 employees listed on LinkedIn. Intercity’s areas of expertise include business mobiles, landlines and calls, enterprise mobility, mobile device management, unified communications, hosting, MPLS networks, internet connectivity, N3 data center, IT managed services, network monitoring, IT infrastructure, disaster recovery solutions, private cloud, cybersecurity, colocation, cloud migration, IT support, IT helpdesk.

Centrality, founded in 1996, is based in Bedfordshire, England. The company has 89 employees listed on LinkedIn. Centrality’s areas of expertise include core infrastructure, 24/7/365 proactive support, managed services, bespoke IT solution design, enterprise cloud, enterprise mobility, user experience management, Office 365, Windows 10, Azure, Surface-as-a-service, Surface Hub, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Azure, modern workplace, remote working.
 

The acquisition will bolster Intercity’s Microsoft capabilities and managed service offerings while creating a company with a 325-person headcount. Centrality’s 100-person workforce will remain in their roles, the companies said.

Centrality’s CEO David Keeling also joins Intercity’s leadership team as a managing director, TheBusinessDesk.com reports.
