Private Equity Firm Thurston Group Partners With Dynascale To Launch New IT Platform

Private equity firm Thurston Group has partnered with Dynascale to launch a new IT business services platform.

Dynascale is a B2B IT services company that provides managed private cloud and security solutions alongside data center services to its clients.

Thurston Group’s new platform is designed to bring IT services to businesses across the country in order to capitalize on recent growth within the sector, the firm said. As Thurston Group points out, the total market size for Managed Services Providers (MSPs) is expected to reach nearly $600 billion by 2028.

As part of the launch, Dynascale has welcomed David Closson as Chief Information Officer. Closson brings over 25 years of information technology (IT) architecture and service provider experience, most recently serving as Senior Director of Cloud, Data Center, and Technical Service Operations for Internet Corp. at Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN).
