Tanium has strengthened its alliance with World Wide Technology (WWT) through
a new Autonomous Endpoint Management (AEM) lab in WWT’s Advanced Technology Center. The lab brings together Tanium’s full AEM platform with ServiceNow and Microsoft integrations, giving customers and partners a space to test workflows, validate use cases, and see how the platforms work together in real time.
A Platform for Hands-On Validation
The lab is designed to give organizations a clear view of how autonomous endpoint management works in practice. Visitors can explore capabilities such as workflow automation, AI-driven queries, real-time recommendations, and vulnerability alerting, all within a fully integrated environment.

Through access to tools such as Tanium Guardian, which scan endpoints in real time, customers will be alerted to vulnerabilities as they happen, reducing delays and helping teams respond to critical and high-severity issues more effectively. "Using Tanium Guide, organizations can then work to quickly remediate the issue using proactive and autonomous security tools," said Beller.
Extending Value Across Ecosystems
Beyond showcasing Tanium’s core platform, the lab demonstrates integrations with ServiceNow and Microsoft. These connections extend real-time endpoint intelligence into IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) workflows.
"ServiceNow’s integration is crucial to Tanium in creating a scalable endpoint management solution,” Beller explained.
"The ServiceNow AI Platform streamlines workflows for ITx, Security Operations, and Integrated Risk Management. Meanwhile, Microsoft’s endpoint security integrations provide a variety of capabilities for customers, from threat detection via Microsoft Defender to device management with Microsoft Intune. We expect that customers will simulate a variety of real-world IT, security, and risk issues to better understand how the integrations respond - such as learning detection, tracking, and patching flow across the platforms; responding to threats in real time; checking compliance; and testing zero-day vulnerabilities.”
Strategic Co-Investment for Partners
This collaboration builds on years of joint investment between Tanium and WWT. By embedding the AEM platform into the ATC, the two companies are creating a space for customers and partners to test real-world use cases before deploying at scale.
"With the combination of WWT’s security services and Tanium’s real-time endpoint management, channel partners can test automation at scale and validate cross-platform workflows like never before,” Beller said.
"They can also use the lab’s joint capabilities as a center for patch management, compliance, threat detection, and asset management. Additionally, channel partners can leverage the Microsoft and ServiceNow integration solutions to package up co-developed solutions and address various pain points in IT, Security, and Risk.”
