Network Elites Acquires Local MSP 1CallService

Managed IT services provider Network Elites has acquired fellow Dallas-based MSP 1CallService for an undisclosed amount.

Network Elites, founded in 2002, is based in the Dallas suburb of Carrollton, Texas. The company has 30 employees listed on LinkedIn. Network Elites’ areas of expertise include managed IT services, IT consulting, cybersecurity, cloud services, and more.

1CallService, founded in 1994, is based in Dallas, Texas. 1CallService’s areas of expertise include website design and hosting, servers, maintenance, IT support and more. The company does not have a LinkedIn profile.

Network Elites’ Strategic Expansion

Network Elites will use this acquisition to expand its IT solutions and enhance its service offerings with what the company calls a more diverse workforce from 1CallService. 

The acquisition is part of Network Elites' overall growth strategy, the company said.
