InterVision: Cisco Partnership and Private Equity Backing

InterVision has been partnered with Cisco Systems since 1997. The company is focused on Cisco’s Cloud and Managed Services Master designations, as well as maintaining Gold Partner status for the past decade.

Huron Capital, a private equity firm, invested in InterVision in 2016. InterVision has made multiple acquisitions since that time. Example deals include:

  • September 2018: InterVision acquired Infiniti in September 2018. That deal bolstered the firm’s cloud services offerings and now it has one of the deepest benches of AWS and Azure cloud architects and technical specialists in the United States. SeyVu’s AI/ML expertise complements InterVision’s cloud services practice, the company said.
  • March 2018: InterVision acquired Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS) and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) specialist Bluelock.
  • December 2017: InterVision acquired Independent Technology Group (ITG), an integrator of networking, storage and security solutions based in Westlake Village, California. ITG serves clients locally to internationally, from small businesses to Fortune 100 companies across a broad variety of vertical markets, InterVision indicated at the time.
  • June 2017: InterVision merged with Netelligent Corp., a provider of Hybrid IT solutions.
