DSA has offices in Elk Grove and Roseville, California. The company has clients in Northern California’s Central Valley area, and the company's reach extends into Nevada.
Executech Acquires DSA Technologies: Executive Perspectives
DJ Dorff, CEO of Executech, commented on the deal:
“We are delighted to welcome DSA into the Executech family. This acquisition represents another step in our vision to become the most trusted technology partner for organizations across the western United States. DSA has a strong reputation built on solving complex problems, providing excellent services, and treating each client as a partner. Their foundation of great technical expertise and amazing client support fit perfectly into Executech’s vision of providing “people first” IT services.”
Michael Pearson, president of DSA Technologies, added::
“We are thrilled to join with the Executech family. Our clients can expect the same great care and service, but with significantly greater cloud and cyber offerings. By joining the Executech team, DSA can propel our services business forward - especially in the cloud space. We wanted a partner with a strong culture, brand, and sales team that could help make us the leader not only in Sacramento, but the whole Central Valley.”
Executech: MSP Acquisition Experience
Executech has made two other significant acquisitions this year, expanding into Seattle with the purchase of Z7 Networks, and Spokane’s HiTechnique. Also, Executech in March 2018 purchased the clientele of Max Technology, an IT services provider in Carbon County, Utah.
Executech has been backed by Evergreen Services Group since around January 2018. Evergreen, in turn, was funded byAlpine Investors, a private equity firm. Evergreen has invested in or acquired roughly 15 MSPs -- including Integritek LLC, Wolf Consulting, JENLOR, and Interlaced, among others.
Amid the MSP M&A and investment frenzy, Evergreen has launched a website called MSP Valuations to help IT service providers determine a ballpark valuation for their businesses.
