DEVsource Technology Solutions, an IT consulting firm and Cisco Systems partner, has acquired Upright Technologies of Hopkinsville, Kentucky. DEVsource is headquartered 56 miles away in Murray, Kentucky. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Upright Technologies, launched in 2010, provides a range of technical services and solutions customized to its clients’ needs. Upright founder Jamie Ausenbaugh transitions to DEVsource as a technical leader in the Hopkinsville market.
Mike Hopkins, CEO of DEVsource Technology Solutions, commented:
