Duluth, Minnesota-based Compudyne has acquired Braham, Minnesota IT service company Revelation Network Management (Revnet) for an undisclosed sum.
Founded in 2003, Revnet works with small and midsize businesses and enterprise clients to provide software as a service (SaaS), colocation and hosting, business continuity, and hybrid cloud strategies and services.
John Marinac, Compudyne president and CEO, commented on the deal:

Founded 30 years ago, Compudyne provides security, cloud, managed, network, and professional technology services. The firm tends to focus on vertical markets that include financial services, legal services, engineering, and architecture.
Compudyne has roughly 100 full-time employees working in six office locations around the country. It has been adding headcount through organic growth and M&A moves -- most recently acquiring Data Network Group, a Boulder, Colorado-based MSP, in May 2019.
The company’s strategic partners include Cisco Systems, Microsoft, HP Inc., HP Enterprise and VMware.
