Cimcor and Carahsoft Expand Cybersecurity Access for Public Sector Agencies

Cimcor has announced a strategic partnership with Carahsoft Technology Corp. to make its file and system integrity solution, CimTrak, available to government agencies across the United States. The partnership brings Cimcor’s cybersecurity capabilities into Carahsoft’s expansive distribution ecosystem, enabling Public Sector organizations to purchase the solution through multiple contract vehicles including SEWP V, ITES-SW2, TIPS, NASPO ValuePoint, OMNIA Partners, E&I Cooperative Services, and The Quilt.

The agreement designates Carahsoft as Cimcor’s Master Government Aggregator, streamlining access to CimTrak for federal, state, and local agencies through Carahsoft’s network of reseller partners.

CimTrak is built to monitor and protect system configurations and files from unauthorized changes—whether malicious or accidental. Its core functionality focuses on file integrity monitoring (FIM), real-time change detection, and configuration control across a broad IT environment. With the increasing complexity of IT ecosystems within government, having a solution that can scale to meet these demands is essential.

Government agencies face growing pressure to maintain continuous compliance while managing lean cybersecurity teams. CimTrak supports these efforts by automating configuration verification and compliance workflows. This reduces the operational burden of audit preparation and enables security teams to respond more quickly to potential threats.

As the Public Sector continues to modernize its IT infrastructure, partnerships like this one aim to bridge the gap between commercial-grade cybersecurity tools and government procurement channels. With CimTrak now readily available through Carahsoft’s portfolio, agencies have another option for enhancing the integrity and resilience of their digital environments.
